P" I think I understand where you're coming from. I find it hard to give and receive at the same time, with equal enthusiasm. At some point the receiving means I'm distracted from the giving. This goes both ways though. At some point I have to just give up my hard work and accept the pleasure until I'm sated, or stop them from pleasuring me, so I can can take them where I want.
