At the same social sat betwixt two ladies I’d met separately and didn’t tell them but it took them about a minute to find out from each other :-

There was one where nobody spoke and I ended up grinning like a loon and hysterically introducing myself and Mr N to a set of people who looked at me as if I was raving. Or the one where a guy sat on the edge of my chair and leaned over me so that I had to slither out. |

Chose (via the web) a pub to meet in that was half way between us - arrived to find it had closed down!!
Fortunately I arrived first and waited till the other person turned up and we found somewhere else |

Oh lol. We turned up at a social recently to find the venue shut  . Luckily the guy we were meeting turned up shortly after and we moved elsewhere. |

Oh i used to work in a pub when i was a teenager.. I arranged for a date to pick me up at closing time... Only turned out there were multiple pubs with same name. He had an hours drive to get to the city in question and by the time he turned up he was totally pissed off, thinking it was a wild goose chase and i was crying my eyes out thinking I'd been stood up.. Pretty much set the tone for the rest of my dating history  |
