Yep... Met a guy a couple of years ago. A social meet luckily.
Nearly had sex with him until he started sending videos of him having sex with his girlfriend, asked if she knew he was sharing her vids he said no. I blocked and reported
He continues to keep creating profiles, then message me, I block. The cycle continues
And another about 4 years ago, ended up with me deleting my account permanently... He knew my village and would use the who's near to try and find me I had to delete my account after I got messages of
"I'm a quarter of a mile away... Do you still have that big dog"
Then 'role play r**e*
And 'still looking for you'
He knew I had a German Shepherd... and thank god I did... He scared me.

Beast had a stalker but wasn't through fab.
I had a incident where I gave my number out and he turned weird so I decided not to meet him. he kept ringing me so I would block his number so he would use a different number. Thankfully he eventually gave up as I didn't want to change my number as it was linked with my business at the time |

I had a real life stalker before the internet who very nearly killed me and my then boyfriend, it was an incredibly scary accident tbh
It's a very very scary situation and the best advice I can give is get in touch with the police!! |

Yep!
The worst was someone that followed me round a supermarket without me being aware, and messaged me as I got back to my car to tell me what I was wearing and what I had bought
I didn't take a direct route anywhere for months |

Had someone identify me on here from a dating site then contact me. I think that was his hobby, presumably in an attempt to shame people. I don’t think it was personal. Otherwise no. I clearly don’t inspire strong enough emotions in people. Thank goodness. Have enough creepy controlling men to deal with in other aspects of my life. |

I met a guy socially on my own before I met partner and joined the swinging community on another online site. I decided not to take it further, but for the next 6 weeks he would call or text me any time of the day. I never responded and yes, I could have blocked his number, but then, he could of used a different number to get my attention that I may have answered.
He gave up after 6 weeks until one day he changed his profile name and contacted me again online through the site, as if it was the first time. The stupidest thing was I spotted it straightaway, because he used the same text and pictures on his older profile.

Some scary stories on here, please go see the Police if not in immediate danger and call 101 the non emergency number for advice.
I have only had persistent messages from a few guys on here, so the block button has been a godsend.  |

H did similar, knew the guys car so put a photo in an envelope of her with her older brother & a few of his mates.
Her brother is in the HA. Didn’t hear from the guy again..

Both male and female (not connected) but only to the extent of excessive messaging from the guy and wanting more than sex and attending the same events and also the female wherever we put our name down to attend she followed after not having not one of the best meets we had experienced lol which was a worry and a bit awkward but both didn’t know where we live, thankfully |

A few years ago yes.
Slightly amusing at first with messages, but then comments about work incidents, what I did etc started becoming awkward and uncomfortable. |

Not on here but on another site. We chatted for a while but then he started asking way too many questions about where I was etc & it set off alarm bells so I blocked him. He created a couple of new accounts and messaged pretending to be other people but pretty quickly I realised it was him. He then found me on Facebook & messaged so I had to block him there too.
Very glad I never revealed exactly where I lived as I am pretty sure he'd have tracked me down in person. |

Not a stalker as such but an old lover that I used to meet with regularly (last meet was in 2015) that I met on a different site keeps contacting me on KIK when I block by deleting his account and creating new ones and looks for my profile on here by deleting his account and creating new ones. Although I’m not actually sure how he discovered me on here...
I think he’s just very keen for another shag than being a full on stalker. I don’t feel threatened by him anyway. He asks to meet, I say no and he deletes and then contacts me again in a few months. |

It wasnt on here and was a good 12-13 years ago. A woman took a bit of a shine to me and would randomly turn up everywhere I went. She even knew where I worked and kept leaving notes with my workmates to pass on to me.... It only ended when I moved home and job over 30 miles away.... |

Yes, he knew me as was local though I didn’t know him. He messaged and at first I thought he was harmless until he started saying I was sending him messages that I wanted him as I must have smiled at him in the street. Then he was sitting in his car at the top of my road. Blocked him then. X |

An ex a few years ago. It's part of why I'm incredibly guarded and rarely tell people things other than the usual basic info.

Not on here (yet) but 3 years ago I had one who kept messaging me on another site , saying he saw me in the street . Shops gym etc he didn't have a photo , I would block him but he would set up another one , he must of followed me as he wrote I know where you work and named the place . I went to the police who said he hasn't committed a crime and to ignore him , this went on for months , he would tell me what clothes I was wearing at the gym etc , so I moved to another one , all went quiet then it started again bug got more serious as he got hold of my phone number ( some stupid woman at work fell for he's lies and give it to him outside work whist I was on holiday ) I would get call after call for weeks so got 02 to change my number again police wouldn't do anything , final one was a note put threw my door just saying hello miss you , I knew it was him , it freaked me out as I have never met or so
Chatted to this bloke , I knew what he looked like and the car he drove from the works cctv , I had a neighbour tell me someone was looking threw my windows and letterbox he approached the man who said he was my brother ( I don't have one ) and he was concerned for me as I didn't answer my phone he thought I had an accident in my home , I soon moved out and changed jobs the freak must of moved onto someone else . There's lots of nutters out there |

When I first joined the scene I had a social with a guy during the day he was quite pushy, said he knew some of the people that gave me Veris was slagging them off, saying they were bad news! Which so wasn’t true as never of them had heard of him ha! I smelt a rat in him and decided to calmly leave and said I would be in contact!
I blocked him and he contacted a couple of the people that I had met socially through my Veris.... ask them to pass messages on to contact him and then as I didn’t message him set up numerous new profiles to get hold of me!
Doesn’t sound too bad now..... however scared me in the beginning for sure! |

I'm extremely careful and only give personal info that is absolutely necessary... which is barely any. It's worked so far for me. Any sign of weirdness and they're blocked on here and they'd have no other way of finding me. |

Not a stalker, but an ex gf (after we’d split up) left a note about meeting up on my car which was parked in a road near where I worked at the time. We didn’t have a car park at work so had to try and park close to work so never in the same place twice, meaning she’d had to look for it.
(This was about 20 years ago so well before social media). |
