So I'm making a turkey and ham pie and the classic curry.

Any other ideas for the left overs seen as I have about half a bird left

Turkey and sweetcorn soup.

Turkey ramen! With the ubiquitous fried egg and really good stock and fresh chillis.

Turkey and cranberry and brie toastie. If you're anything like me, just chuck all the cheese in.

If you were closer you would be welcome to some. It's the best turkey I have ever cooked too and I sent a huge chunk back with family
