This! Plus I believe it tastes like liquified cardboard. Try 5:2 fasting with more walking / exercise. Or just eat clean, no alcohol, no sugar and watch the pounds drop.

Not as such.
Your body will always want to go back to the heaviest it has been, so you need to find the correct food for you and then stick with it.
If you swap and change, then thats where you end up putting the weight back on.
So, find what works for you, be it the 5-2, SW, etc etc and stick with it.
