How many extra calories do you think you're currently eating per day? I usually eat 3000 to 3500 and I know these past few days I've eaten 5000 plus. It's all the cheese and chocolate

I have no idea because I don't have a clue how many calories are in any food. I'd never wish to be that obsessive about food. Keep it clean and you can't go to far wrong.

As a general rule I only eat 1500 in a day. Right now I don’t know, probably about 2000.

I have not a clue but too many!! Its the full sugar drinks and vegan cheese. Which I never have really.

for me it's so I make sure I dont under eat not the other way round. A few days of under eating and the pounds drop off which isnt good for me

It's just water. You can't lose any significant tissue weight in a few days.

We started back to the gym yesterday as the scales were starting to creep up. Only had a few weeks off too and it about killed us.

Hitting 3000-4000 at the moment with mince pies, cheese and chocolate. Put on a kg or two but started back at the gym yesterday and will hit the normal diet once the leftovers are gone

Way too many, jan 2nd I’ll be back on it and restricting myself to 1500 plus whatever I burn off during exercise
