Nipple and PA piercings here: yes it does feel nice...to me anyway. A light pulling, squeezing or pinching of either feels really good.
It’s like an additional point of contact in an already sensitive area.

I've had mine for years and love it being licked occasionally but that's about it.
I get very few comments about it, certainly no criticism or unwanted attention.
