i loosing shockingly small amounts and getting so frustrated with it. I stick to plan and rarely over use my syns. i have salad with pretty much everything..
Im now on the highest doseage of thyroxine i've ever been on (500cmg) and my blood results are still shocking.
I still go every week though.. the support to just not stop and cave it all in is wicked. Love my group |

Sometimes i just don't feel like eating because i'm desperate to shift the weight. I know slimming world is all about 'eating yourself slim' but consuming calories for the sake of it, to me just doesn't sound logical. |

Well the only way to shift weight with underactive thyroid (until its under control) is to cut the calories right down and exercise. I refuse to give in though. Also the doctor did say if i wasnt so careful with my diet i could of potentially gained stones |

I think thats why im only loosing tiny amounts. I'm pleased i'm losing rather than gaining. Dread to imagine how much id have gained with my TSH and T4 levels being so bad and me not attending slimming world... actually its pretty scary |

a loss is a loss, if you only loose 1 pound a week thats a stone in 14 weeks, if you wasnt going you'd probably be a few pounds heavier than when you started not a stone lighter
we all want things to happen yesterday but life dont work like that
i get peed off at times when i have small weight losses, i joined the gym 2 weeks ago and ive been every single day without fail and only lost one and a half pound in 2 weeks, then theres some that go to my class and do no exercise at all and are loosing 3 or so pounds a week, makes me wonder why i bother sweating my bollocks off at times when people who dont bother are loosing more than me |

Only a pound off this week but star week so not complaining 2 stone 11 and half off since January. But the inches are coming off my friend who I go to class with have given me all her clothes that are now too big for her all size 18s and they all fit me yay. Considering I was a size 28 two years ago and I started in January a size 24 I am so chuffed to be in a size 18. Not been that since I left school. Now working towards a 16. |

I got back on SW last week and lost 2lbs in my first week. I'm pleased with that since I was at my nan's funeral Thursday and drank a lot (Irish wake - sober was not an option) although I only ate an Alpen bar and 2 buffet sausages all day so that probably balanced it out .
Only had 2 syns yesterday and 8 today so should be on track to do well this week too
1st 12lbs to go! |

The more exercise you do the more you will turn fat into muscle which is heavier so while you may not lose so much weight, you will be toning up. |

i so need to motivate myself, over my danger weight (self imposed ) this week
i know what i need to do but without the weekly sw attendance find it so difficult, kev keeps pointing out i lost 4 and1/2 stone, so i can do it, but putting a stone back on is really pissing me off. |

3 and a half stone is still an amazing achievment. if you hadnt lost the weight just thonk how you would be around 5 and a half stone heavier now. |

Another 2.5lbs off this week That puts me at 4.5lbs off total. Going in the right direction!
We're booking a holiday for 6 weeks so am going to be really good now and hope I can shift just under a stone before we go. Started running this week (finally) so hopefully, that'll help too. |

Is this thread for dieting women? I decided to change my food lifestyle than dieting. I was on the border of obesity on new year's day (94kg). Now am 80kg close to being a normal weight. Target is 75kg.

Hey beautiful people don't forget to use the tape measure as a tool not just the scales
A little thought process I used to drop over 7stone and tone up is treat your metabolism as a little fire...too little food it will go out, too much it will put it out so keep feeding it little and often (with correct balanced) ....and plenty of sexercise |
