Suppose I over analysis everything hence why 20 year Iv been fantasise and never done anything.

Isn't it pretty normal/common to be interested in a wide variety of things? Once tried, though, some of them probably fall off the label of "interested in" and either become I Like That or Nope, Not Going There Again.
