I actively seek out my own company although I’m great at socialising with people I choose. Being alone for many people is not sad, it’s essential. |

For those that enjoy the solitude have a blissful time. For those that don't but are still on your own you have my sypathy, I know it can be hard. And finally those who struggle through Christmas for whatever reason I hope you find a coping strategy that works for you and it passes peacefully. |

There’s loads of threads for those that struggle with being alone and loneliness and I hope that will change for them, it’s a rotten place to be but this is for those of us that embrace it.
Some of us struggle being with people and it’s just as important for us to be alone as it is for those who hate it.
