"Does the law of the sea really apply in land locked Birmingham? "

That cryptic answer means I'll have to look it up now. There was me hoping for an early night!

Admirality law is used in courts still so land of the sea is applied on land when one is stood in a dock.

ooh you are so wrong,

look it up as it's a law we are living under even if you've never seen the sea.

it means the laws of this land that constrain you do not apply to all and sundry

The law of the land applies to persons, and the law of the sea applies to coporations/commerce.

I’ll hazard a guess the answer has something to do with land law being mostly unilateral. Where the law of the sea is multilateral in aggreement ?

its a conspiracy theorists belief and its a load of bollocks. I've had some dealings with one over the last week and the man's an idiot.Conspiracy theorists are the most closed minded people on the planet. They think they're right and nothing will ever dissuade them. Ever. If you meet one who believes the claptrap below then call him Mister,They get really narked by it

.

"It is Common Law, the law of the land, that refers to the living, breathing, human being while Statute Law, or Maritime Law, the law of the sea, is the law of contracts that applies to commerce and corporations. So the purveyors of Statute Law, which is produced by governments and parliaments, had to invent fake ‘persons’ – corporations – to which their fake ‘laws’ could apply.

This is the ‘Straw Man’, a legal fiction, which is created using your name in all capital letters. So david icke and other variations, like David: Icke and David-Vaughan: of the Icke family, are, under Common Law, the living, breathing, human being with a soul and DAVID ICKE is the legal fiction corporation/trust created to fall under the jurisdiction of Statute Law.

Notice that when government, law enforcement, legal and financial agencies etc. communicate with you they invariably write your name in all capital letters. This is because they are not writing to you, the living being, but to the fake ‘Straw Man’ corporation that is created in your upper-case name when you are born.

The trick is to keep you believing throughout your life that david icke and DAVID ICKE mean the same thing. They don't

It is vital to understand that governments, your local council, courts, police force and so on are private companies and corporations. If you check this out with Dun and Bradstreet, which provides credit information on businesses and corporations worldwide, you can confirm this."

.

Told ya..Utter Bollocks

They believe a Cabal of the Rothchilds and others are running the world ie The Illuminati

I read last week that some believe one of the members is Margaret Hodge. she couldn't even run Islington Council when she was there

The one I have had some dealings with this last week believes that Ted Heath and the Government committed treason by taking us into the EEC.All governments since have signed and ratified treaties so they're all guilty of trason too. Fair enough, that's his opinion.

He then sent a letter to high ranking Police Officers and demanded that they investigate it. When he was ignored he put on his blog the Officers photo and address and accused them of 'Misprision of Treason'..Conspiracy more or less. The man claims to live outside government acts and statutes including the Income Tax Act and the Road Traffic Act. On one discussion site he says he is a bricklayer,on another says he broke his spine and hasn't worked since 2002. I commented that I assume given his beliefs he refused to take any govern ment disability benefits. He accused me of.."doing it do it, for the Zionist camp who pay $2,ooo a month for Israelis, ex IDF and other sayanim types to troll and attack those who are awake, GCHQ Cheltenham, Chatham House, the ‘state’ list is endless" He then went on to say "You M, not I am a MR, a Ward of the Court, a Citizen, you have ‘submitted’ your papers and consented to be governed, for you are lost at sea, see, do you M? 13? Don’t believe me? niggling pain in your stomach? go on, look up ‘C’estui Que Vie Act 1666'. Dead, lost at sea, A Vessel, a ship sailing in commerce, do you think they’ll deal with you unless you enter a Dock? by Con sent?"

He truly believed that my attacks on him were political and paid for,

Then I pointed out to him "The Chief Inspector? The one whose pic and address you put on your blog?..He's my little brother"

The man's a knob
