Any one who views my profile (don't all rush, form a queue) will see I usual have a song lyric as a tag line.
I love the lyrics of songs over a decent beat, what do you prefer and any lyrics stand out for you

It's an interesting one is this.
Although i'm a great fan of meaningful lyrics, it has to be the music.
Consider for example one of your favourite songs, say "Wild Horses" by Melanie or Flying Burrito Brothers and then TRY to listen to Susan Boyle "singing" the same lyrics. She is utterly dreadful, at least for the first 2o seconds she is.
Then there are my favourite songs in other languages, which 95% of the time i don't understand the lyrics but they are still great songs.
And a recent fave, Dolly Parton covering "Save The Last Dance For Me", unsurprisingly different to the Drifters.
So music it is.

I love Music, but i also go for the lyrics also from time to time, especially at certain moments, i go looking for tons of music and read the lyrics and things....its like reading your life story at the moment in time, you go for music, plus if you read books, then im finding the author goes for the music in her head at the time, so i look on you tube for the music she goes for also....yeah ive too much time on my hands at times and im kinda very random a lot |
