The boilerplate existed before Fab and appears on the friend finding and fetish sites that can’t be named. It is most likely a social experiment by someone to see how many people would post the warning just because someone else had. Sydney University doesn’t exist. It is the University of Sydney and the research doesn’t exist |

As I understand it, it was started as way of seeing how herd mentality and rumours filtered through the Internet. Its basically bollocks, the same as the legal notice (the statute quoted doesn't exist, so I was informed).
Fab have actually stated this before and asked people to stop using it as it's pointless and takes up server space. |
