People demand you be happy, because it's Christmas? I hate it when people demand me to be happy. Doesn't matter if it's June or December, sometimes life sucks, and the pressure, including the pressure to be happy because of the date, can make it suck more. |

I don't hate Christmas..
I hate the reminders of how I have no one for me.
I make it about my boys and I paint on a happy face but inside I'm incredibly sad that there's no one in my life for me. Everywhere you look people are paired up. We are on holiday and it's all families with mum and dad. I carry a heck of a lot of guilt my boys don't have that.
However it's important to not let those feelings ruin the day for them. |

You're not alone. If you have a big family and can spend it with them, then it's ok I guess. But it's all about money, things and spending. I'm working all over Xmas and the New Year, so no rest for me! |
