"Probably not going through with the suicide, it was tough. Although I’m still not sure I made the right choice "
I feel for you mate. Reaching that point changes us in ways that it is hard to fathom |

Getting sober. And how I did it, just looking at myself and realising it really wasn't fun anymore (it hadn't been fun for a longtime) and thinking thats it, I'm not drinking or doing other stuff anymore and just stopping the lot. Hardest thing I've ever done. But easily the best. |

Seeing my two sons happy and married to wonderful women, and meeting someone who showed me what being loved is all about, shame he is no longer with us but the time we had was the brightest funniest sexiest time of my life |

My children and how they love me.. how smart, creative and caring they are outbids to me anything i did or could have done. I had moments when i thought where would have i been if i made different choices? Thats easy to imagine actually. But my kids always are my drive force and inspire me to be a better role model for them in the most unpredictable of ways. Roll on 2020 and a new chapter i have high hopes ) |

Being open to love and meeting my partner and all that's followed as as a result. He's changed my life for the better.
Achieving my Masters while dating an abusive douchenozzle. I'm proud of having the resilience to see it through and how well I did. |

For me my biggest acheivements ..
My beautiful children.
Choosing and delivering natural unassisted birth of my daughter at home in 2013.
Going from total breakdown to total breakthrough.
Talking my dear friend out of taking her precious life.
Navigating and manifesting a life with so much love and sass.

How do I pick?
Leaving an abusive marriage.
Having my children.
Surviving my child passing away.
Changing my hospitals policy on treatment and aftercare single handed.
I've never been stronger and more proud. |

I recovered from a nervous breakdown which saw me institutionalised.
I now have worked at 2 $10bn+ valued companies, have a wonderful woman in my life and have a rich and fulfilling life to look forward to.
Anything is possible. |

You lot are very inspiring. Wow!!
For us, losing a combined total of 8 and a half stone in weight. Culminating this year in D cycling a 100 mile sportive and C climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, raising £7,000 for a local charity at the same time |

Battling every day against powerful bipolar demons and mostly winning...
I've fought hard and kept going.
My beloved, my little family and my lover are precious results of those battles |

I’ve been a bit of a twat to be honest.
Not grown up still think I’m in my twenties.
Should have knuckled down at work instead I just coasted.
I’m thinking my lovely house that I’m very proud of and my beautiful doggies are the best thing I’ve done.
I also reconnected with my Mother before losing her. That took some balls.
Professionally I help a lot of people.
I gonna knuckle down for the next decade and when I get to the end of it. I’m going to say I’m no longer a twat. |

Taking control of my life and losing 6 dress sizes.
Surviving and leaving an abusive marriage. Supporting my children through it all.
Being mom to 2 special needs young adults and all the challenges that brings.
Providing some memorable days out for families of disabled children through a charitable group I ran. X

Joining the army reserve and all the opportunities and challenges that have come with it.
Also changing jobs a couple of times to get myself financially better off, it's made a big difference and enabled me to do the things I felt I was missing out on before like travelling abroad regularly and going to see all my favourite bands perform live etc |

Apart from friends and family I'd have to say either being part of the military team that stepped in to help ensure the Olympics went ahead as planned, or having the honour (albeit a terrible one) of carrying my friends casket. |

I stopped being so nice to people and started putting myself first.
This may sound mean but when you start saying NO to people you become a human being not a human doing.
And them people who you did things for sod off and bother someone else.
Champion. |

Like most people on here having two wonderful (some of the time anyway!) kids is my proudest achievement and I guess they make me happy! Nothing can beat the sight of your kids running towards you when you return home from work |

I kinda get that - it takes, strength if you've been a giver, but just keep getting taken from. |
