I’m slowly getting there, but I’ve seen other guys on this site in much better defined shape in terms of core and abs.
Would love some exercise and nutrition tips.
Are there any suggestions, pointers, regiments, some of you would recommend to get the picturesque defined abs look?

Six pack in 30 days is a good app to be fair. I havent done too much evidently. But I'd deffo recommend it, if you're persistent ull have some steel rolls to flex for sure. |
