Some women say they want you to be honest, but the moment you’re honest they’ll have a shit fit.
And then some women say they want you to be honest and they really mean it.
It’s a minefield! |

You can tell the truth in a tactful way though. You don't need to say "yes you look fat" just say "i prefer that other dress you wear, you look amazing in it" |

All women are different. I asked the big ass question once and the guy said ‘oh god yes’ in a lustful way. I wore the dress lol

"How about men, do they want to hear the truth?
This one douse "
I only ask because an awful lot of the time when I tell a man I don't find him attractive they don't take it with good grace. I try wherever possible to avoid saying it and will say things like we're not compatible or we're not a match. When I'm put on the spot and forced to say it it never goes down well. Isn't this what you're talking about? |

It depends how you say it. If a woman asks if her bum looks big in something she's really saying "do you find me attractive?" The best thing to say is that she looks bloody gorgeous and if the outfit really doesn't suit her "in your opinion" say you prefer her in the sexy red dress or whichever outfit you like her in. Otherwise just keep your mouth shut.
Women lie all the time to keep men happy why not repay the favour. |

I'm happy that my other half would be honest and tell me how I really look, I know how much he loves me and sp his honest opinion is best, I would rather that and I change to something I look great in.
Plus we both now I have a fat bottom, him telling me isn't going to upset me! I think it's about knowing the person and knowing what will upset them or make them laugh |

If you are already out say she looks great. If you're at home or in the shop trying it on say it doesn't suit her "in your opinion". There's honesty with tact and there's honesty that will achieve nothing but upset. |

I like to be tactfully honest and say something like it’s not ver flattering and perhaps make an alternative suggestion. I’ve never had an issue with saying it as I see it, but diplomatically and with positive intent. |

Yes but he knows me very well, he wouldn't tell me I looked awful if we were already out somewhere and there was nothing I could do about it. He would understand that I'd feel horrible and it would probably take the shine off the outing. |

True... I suppose I am lucky
Do remember times when family say that looks awful my gran was like that grandad said that makes your arse stick out. Then I got an inferior complex about my body
Never had a bf or husband or partner who said I look awful. Maybe they were liars |

The thing is though your idea of what looks nice might be different to the woman who's asking. You might like skin right trousers that show a knicker line (some guys on here recently said they did) and your truth is that it looks great but if someone asked me if say it looked awful. This is where truth becomes a blurred line |

I would never, ever call someone ugly, honey. That's not honesty, that's just rude and nasty. If I felt your pictures weren't representative I might say so and abandon the meet. But I'd never say that. Saying I'm not attracted to someone isn't calling them ugly and it doesn't mean I think they're ugly. |

You are being true to your opinion but your opinion isn't truth. When it comes to how someone looks in an outfit there isn't a true answer, only varying opinions. The outfits Mr N loves me in I never wear to visit my parents because my mum would have them. Who's telling the truth? |

Like do I give a hoot about my antlers
Can hear folk going
She looks daft
Makes her ugly
She ugly anyway
She got big tits
She don't dress well...
She fat
Can't stand fat
Judging people is what a lot of us do on each other
People judge way too much
Truth can hurt when you are judging people you know swfa about.
Truth is good
Was that fuck good, no it was crap.

To an extent but as an example Mr N and I see colours slightly differently. There are certain colours that if you showed me I'd say they were green and if you showed him he'd say they were blue. We're both telling the truth but the answers are a lie to one of us.
All I'm saying is that as much as I'd like it to be, the truth isn't always as easy as it seems |

Why do guys always make out women are so hard to understand ????
Trying to understand the way some of the guys minds on here work is a nightmare.
I like honest and upfront myself. Im a big girl I can take it.
If I asked a guy does my bum look big in this and he said yes if I liked the way it looked Id still wear it. I dress for me nobody else |

The ass big in this question is a minefield, it is not just the answer that has to be right, but the timing of the answer. To quick, and you 'haven't even bothered to look' tantrum starts, to slow and any answer means 'you think I have a fat ass and am not fit to leave the house'.

"The ass big in this question is a minefield, it is not just the answer that has to be right, but the timing of the answer. To quick, and you 'haven't even bothered to look' tantrum starts, to slow and any answer means 'you think I have a fat ass and am not fit to leave the house'.
" yes but having a look first also lights the burners |

"We want the truth,it makes life so much easier to handle than to wonder if game's are being played and lies being told."
That is so true no lies no games and if you do have to tell a lie to keep the peace then what lies and games has the other person playing because they think they need to keep the peace too |

"How about men, do they want to hear the truth?
This one douse
I only ask because an awful lot of the time when I tell a man I don't find him attractive they don't take it with good grace. I try wherever possible to avoid saying it and will say things like we're not compatible or we're not a match. When I'm put on the spot and forced to say it it never goes down well. Isn't this what you're talking about? "
I also get this i try to say we are too far from each other or sorry i dont think we have much in common they just keep pushing so if i then say your not my type i get a shit load of abuse and its the block button,in answer to your first question though i asked it once and reply i got was" oh hunni your ass doesn't look bug in those jeans, it looks big in everything " i never laughed so much as his shocked face stopped what he was doing realised he had said it out loud and was waiting for the slap i just shrugged and said fairplay my gran always told me if you don't want the answer don't ask the question it just might be the truth,i always want truth no matter what |
