It's not just about having the confidence to be who they are and own their sexuality though.
People do still get derided and abused for their sexuality or preferences, yes it's better but stigma is still very prevalent and many don't realise or want to challenge that |

You don't have to be a ripped, good looking straight man to get those messages. I'm a short, fat old bint and I get the messages from couples where she's not available but gives her blessing for me to meet without reference to her.
