These are my favourites :
1 tiger bread with toast with loads of saltef butter and half the toast with cheddar cheese
2 toast with salted butter stir fried spinach and bacon and with goat's cheese on top
3 toast with salted butter gruyere cheese and mushrooms

Never tried cheese and coleslaw toastie and really i love coleslaw, i do really need to try it sounds very tasty |

Hot bloomer toast is the best is same as tiger bread i just love it with loads of butter . That is interesting with Lemon curd i would never guess i will put on my list , lemon drizzle curd cake is my favourite |
