couple, us we him her.

Yup it's that time again when anyone who like me hates Christmas and all its overindulgent nonsense.

As always.

Christmas can do one!

Have a grumpy Christmas everyone and heartburn and empty bank for all.

Love love xx

Central

Have a great festive period, at a time of year celebrated long before the Emporor Constantine switched from paganism to getting some books picked out to go into the new state religious texts.

Days are getting longer again

Whilst much of the radio is cramming in Christmas songs turning you off, pick out some quality music, listen to Radio 4 etc or get out dancing and partying. Have fun and look forward to telly without Christmas ads

Near Carmarthen

No decorations or tree here it's all consumer bo**ocks. Give people close to you your time and love, much more rewarding than tinsel and plastic crap you don't actually need and which won't make you feel any better once it's over.

Happy Christmas etc.

My problem is am out for dinner Christmas Eve. At a football match on boxing Day with friends and family.

But am alone Christmas day with a freezer and fridge full of Christmas food and drink. And cupboards full of snacks. So I hate the thought of pigging out all day dressed in my Christmas dress. Lol

Well this year see's a new all time high for my hatred of the"season of good will" think some employers need to rethink how they treat their staff!!!

Why would anyone hate Christmas? You have time off work plus plenty of food and drink?!

Not everyone has time off work. Some people have difficulty around food and drink. Family issues, lack of family. Being all but forced to spend money on crap you don't need.

"But it's Christmas you need to be happy" when awful things still happen, life can still suck, etc.

Take it or leave it really ..it's fun but it's nothing special just too much spending on stuff that you don't want/need . It should also be in the Summer. Much more fun I would think .

Christmas is like having a shit after several days of constipation- you know you’re going to have to endure some pain and unpleasantness, but once it’s over you can get back to normality

I've opted out this year too.

The dogs and I are going to the beach, then I shall come home and make a curry.

If you have to work over Christmas, you've clearly done something really bad in a previous life
