Well what a past 2 years I had, it had felt never ending but I feel that the end to this bad patch is coming to an end... Hopefully.
After having my motorbike accident then losing my dad less then a year later, to my mum needing an operation and my girlfriend leaving me.. Oh and doing counselling because of most of this and stress from work.
Yet I am still smiling most of the time and trying to enjoy life.
I have since started growing a beard in today and yesterday I have been hugged and kissed by a lady who never does that and had my ass slapped. So I think the beard is a good thing.  |

I am glad for you that things may be looking a bit brighter and cheerier for you.
Wish I could say the same but am in a serious downward spiral really struggling

All I can say is hold on, keep your head above the water.
If you have many issues going on try to just focus on one thing at a time. If depression is a problem (with this time of year especially) depression is not you.. Think of yourself as the sky and the depression as the clouds.. The clouds will come and they will go but the sky will always be there. Everything bad passes in time. |

I have been out the club scene for so long planning to get back in after January, I think the last time I actually had sex was in Feb this year... Any longer I would need to get the lovers guide book out and blow off the dust.
