I’ve just found a photo of my daughter who I’ve note seen in 6 years and I seeped like a child she’s 17 She was a little girl when I last saw her I thought my emotions had died |

One day, the questions she inevitably has will lead her to seek answers, and she will hopefully seek those answers by contacting you. Patiently wait for that day and welcome her with open arms when it comes. |

Well you go make up for it now. No one here knows enough of the situation that occurred to have lead to your current status. Not saying it’s true but you might have been a complete wanker. You may also have just been completely amazing and found yourself in a genuinely difficult place. However as know one but you knows the truth. I’m just gonna wish you good luck and hope you both can move forward with a great relationship  |

Aw, that's sad. I'm estranged from my 3 siblings and I regularly look at pics of them and cry wondering where they are. I hope, if you want, you can re connect. All the best Op x |

It is Christmas, a card can be a first step to rebuilding links. Said this to my niece 4 years ago, she has since visited my brother (her father) and they have started reconnecting but it is a slow journey for them. |

Because it sounds like hes tried. If cards and letters aren't being passed on and blocked on social media all he can do is try and get a third party to pass a message on and wait for her to contact him.
I dont know how it works, I'm very fortunate not to be in the op's position and not sure if theres anything legally that stops him being able to directly contact her.
