I think that smoking anywhere now is almost always against the rules. There should be areas were smokers can go to smoke surely. There used to be smoking rooms in many pubs

Popped into a local pub for lunch today, went outside, stood in the very clearly marked, cordoned off smoking area.

Next thing I've got some woman having a go at me, for blowing smoke in her face?!?

She had stopped to use her phone, stood literally inches from me, the other side of the barrier.

I had my back to her, didn't evdn know she was there, the wind carried my smoke.

If you don't like smoke, that's fair enough, but don't stop, stand next to one, who was already there, then moan
