went to the doctors today for my latest diabetes blood test results, he has a real dry wit and also drinks in our pub so know him fairly well.
but what really knocked me sideways was when i got in, he said, well i have good news & bad news, the bad news is your blood sugar has gone up quite a bit so looks like your going to be on tablets for the rest of your life !!
and the good news i asked, well, you will now get a card for free prescriptions !!
not much of a silver lining for me  |
