You find a book and begin to read only to discover that, it is your life!  You get to the point that you are at now.  Do you turn the page knowing that you will not be able to change the events to come?  |

Yes I think I think it would help me deal with Aniexty better if I had an idea and I would be able to live in the moment more rather than worrying

That would be a tough test if the book was already fully written from birth to death...the brain has a natural chemical curiousity akin to a cat but me as me , as in how I live my life then no.....I live for the moment..no plans, no future as am too aware how even tomorrow won t go the way you plan it..that's not how life goes so why spend energy considering it...so if I could overpower the natural cat curiousity of the brain then I would close the book and keep on keeping on with every moment being spontaneous  |
