Problem with new wand

So, my usb mini wand arrived today, I’ve charged it, but it won’t work  .
Anyone got any troubleshooting tips, I was really looking forward to trying it. |

Without knowing the brand of wand, I can only offer some generic advice.
It's unlikely that the wand will turn on if it is still plugged in to charge.
Most wands have a power on button that needs to be activated before hitting the mode button.
If you have worked your way though the troubleshooting section in the instruction manual then, unfortunately, you may have a defective product.
Telephone, and email, customer service tomorrow and, hopefully, you'll have a working wand in time for the holidays. |

Does it have one of those plastic tabs in the battery compartment that needs pulling out. Or is the battery in the right way, unlikely they’d send out a dud one. |
