HIIT is awesome! I was fucked after 5 mins but built up to 50 min workouts. Keep at it, it will change your life!

I did 2 full rounds and then 1/4 of the 3rd lol... thought I was gna die... I swear I seen the white light lol |

It will get easier very quickly. There's nothing like the 'I'm going to die' feeling you get from HIIT haha |
