I have no time for people like that, 50 million worth of jewellery is ridiculous and considering that’s just a fraction of what she is worth it’s too much money for one person to have.
Too many people struggle through life and it makes me sick when people blind that show off so much wealth and opulence. |

"Poor girl! Someone nicked her jewelry worth fifty million from her home despite 24 hour security.
Just imagine how many people 50 million could help rather than adorning one person."
So was it a Robin Hood type figure who robbed her. |

Well, a diamond ring won’t feed a family, but the money it sells for would.
Now, if there was no one with the money to buy that diamond ring, would it still be valuable? |

"I don't really care how rich or poor you are, you should be able to keep things in your own home without it being robbed"
Yep.
Most of us own more stuff now than the poorest people in the world will own in their life time.
It's a question of degree |

Whilst i can't stand burglers and think they are scum.
What i find i interesting is that tamara wrote on her twitter a qoute from the bible to the burglers
"For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light." Luke 8.17
So if shes quoting verses from bible surely theres one more she should be made aware of.
"I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
50 million worth of jewellery.
Why does anyone on this earth need 50 milion pounds worth of jewellery.
Its purely materialist.
People have more money than sense.

Nobody “needs” jewellery. They just buy it because they can. |

Paul McCartney is rumoured to be worth about 1.2 billion dollars. I expect some of that is invested in jewellery or gold and diamonds at least.
He doesn't need all that wealth but I wouldn't want to see someone steal it from him |

I totally agree with this. Her dad worked hard for his money and like everyone else he wants to help his kids.
A lot of F1 drivers were dying before he took over, I think he deserves every penny. |

Why would someone that rich risk getting convicted of insurance fraud? |

With money comes responsibility... no doubt she should have anticipated this kind of event but the scum that did it have bitten off more than they can handle unless they're a part of a handful of major criminal organizations.
I cant see this crime going unsolved... |

This.
Whether or not she worked for it I don't care. She can buy it so she does.
I have an extensive watch collection worth a considerable amount of money. I've had grief off people for it, waste of money, more money than sense etc.
I don't give a fuck, I buy them because I can and I like them, it's not materialist.

Who cares if it's £50m or £50 worth of cherished items being taken, it's still a horrible thing to happen. Just imagine how shit you would feel to have someone in your own home stealing things of yours, things you might never be able to replace.

Whilst I agree that for one person to own 50 million worth of jewellery is obscene.
Nobody has the right to to back into someones home and steal what is not theirs, its horrible to think a stranger has rifled through your stuff and invaded what should be your sanctry. |
