I am watching some fun things about it on utube here it is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIarYZ4oQt0 it is very entertaining.
They are also asking them what they think of when they see a ripped guy on the beach, what do you think of it? Many thought it was good cos of the effort it took to get it |

"It depends... I like the look of toned but I don't like over muscular body builder type physiques. "
Toned is always better and far more natural, for guys and ladies |

I like nice men! I’m not attracted to men who are overly slim or large - but anything in between is fine as long as they have an attractive face and a great personality!
Six packs are nice but far from vital! |

I think that’s a huge generalisation tbh!
Similar to the mentality you sometimes see on here that dictates you have to be larger than average to be ‘real’ - ie nonsense! |

Bit of a generalisation. People can look after themselves physically and still put others needs before their own. Similarly, someone's intelligence and capacity to hold a conversation is not connected to whether they attend a gym or not. |

I like a six pack
Although my fave body type is a tall super broad rugby player / lumberjack kinda build, even with some chub.
What I will say is, if it wasn’t for sites like fab, if i saw a really athletic guy in person I would never in a million years think he’d be interested in me. |

I can appreciate the dedication and discipline it needs to achieve the look and not going to complain about the view if I happened to see someone with such a physique on the beach. |

Six packs are hard work. Needs a lot if dedication and hard work. You could easily lose it in a few days and in my case hours! |

What utter shit. Does this mean fat guys/girls are lazy and sit in mcdonalds all day? Of course not.
I like someone inshape that takes pride in their appearance although for me it all boils down to personality thats the be all and end all. I have found "gym bunnies" much much more energetic in bed and less likely to be a pillow princess |

Nice to look at. But I’m hardly gym fit myself so not usually someone I would look for as doubt they’d be interested in me. Plus I’d feel fat and ugly next to them! I’m more of a tip up and see if there’s a connection and go from there kind of girl. |

What some guys need to learn on here is that a six pack or big dick is not the be all and end all for many women. Personality coming through in your messages counts for much more... |

My boyfriend has trained most of his life for kung fu, power lifting and American football. He's also studied psychology, reads avidly, writes songs for his band and has published numerous concert reviews online (which I've proofread for him and he has a gorgeous turn of phrase). I've met plenty of unfit blokes who are so boring I'd fake a heart attack to stop talking to them. |

Not for me.
I don't judge personally based on someone's body, I have no idea why anyone would.
It's purely a physical thing, abs are not appealing to me.
That being said it can be overlooked if the guy has a good face and personality. |

"I also think it help if the 6 pack come of do something. Like a sport. Than spending hours in the gym just trying to look good "
Oddly enough the training I do in the gym compliments and enhances my activities beyond the gym
I cannot go ski mountaineering every week day thus gym work means I can be "match" ready when I go
I would think most who understand " activities " would understand the benefits of accessory work |

You be shocked how many people don't know that. A lot see some in good shape and think they only do that to look good.
The idea of working out to help with a sport and health problems don't cross there.
I work out to help with my asthma and the other hobbies I have |

In my experience a 'gym fit' body can get you noticed by women but you need to be funny or interesting in order to get them to want to sleep with you.
I think 'fit' guys get more attention from men who are more looks driven than women. |

I don't really see why wanting to look good is a problem anyway. How is it different to going to a hair/nail/tanning salon other than the fact its also good for your health and requires effort and not just money? Why is someone wanting to make the most of their appearance a problem? Don't women do it all the time and get endless compliments for it? |

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest |
From my experience, for most women if you have a face and smile they find attractive and possess a good personality you're between 50-75% there. Anything more that comes with it; 6 pack, shoulders, thighs, bum etc is a welcome bonus. |

Yep as a reservist managing my fitness in my own time is a big thing as I'm expected to maintain a constant state of readiness, but don't have the compulsory PT sessions every week like regular soldiers do so I go to the gym, do circuits at home, cycle, run and go hiking carrying a heavy backpack. What I do at the gym is mainly for aesthetics but it still contributes to my overall fitness. |
