It depends on the situation.
With some people everything can feel really intimate. With others nothing does, it's just primal.
Personally penetration is more intimate. I'm not into doggy style so my preference is to have eye contact, that tends to raise intimacy levels for me. Though it definitely on a different level again if there's feelings involved
All that said though, it can just be raw and primal and hugely fun without feelings. Thankfully! |

Oral sex and penetration can be as intimate or as disconnected as you want them to be depending on the feelings and connection between the people involved.

Going to complicate this further. I think Penetration during missionary is more intimate than oral. But doggy is less intimate than oral. |

All else being equal and assuming no particular feelings for the other person, I find penetrative sex much more intimate than oral, especially in a face-to-face position. Performing oral on a man I find not very intimate at all generally. I don’t mean I don’t care about it, I usually enjoy it and I put a lot of effort into doing it well. But I can go down on a total stranger and feel nothing, when I wouldn’t let that same person have sex with me. I think it’s because I don’t have to look at them. However, as several have said, it depends on the person and with the right guy, everything is intimate. I’d also add that I find going down on a woman more intimate than going down on a man. |

For me (belle) I would say penetration as there are not many people I've let be inside me but I've sucked plenty of cocks
