Not uncomfortable at all was cut at young age due to medical reason so dont know any different and i fairly regularly go comando in jeans without any problems |

It hurts for a bit . It chafes for a while and then the skin gets so used to it that it makes no difference at all what you wear over it . Just a lot less sensitive to the touch which I miss having as it takes a bit longer to have any effect . |
