Hypothetically, if you were a business owner and running your Europe operations from London, and with Brexit looming around and other uncertainties, you are forced to move the operations out of the UK.
Now you have a team of 9 loyal colleagues, who have worked for you for over 10 years. If you were one of the team member, how would you like to be compensated? What would you do if you were the employer? |

If there are only 10 employees in London, I would move somewhere in Europe, and tell them that is where the job is, if they want to come along. If not they can go get a job from BJ, hear he is recruiting lots of people |
