couple, us we him her.

It's a really difficult time I know #1st world problems and some people don't have anything at Christmas.

But personally I find it incredibly frustrating and a difficult time of year.

Seems like the world is gorging itself on just about everything and anything.

Even just having Xmas pud is too much.

Thankfully I love Turkey and meat so bring on the cold meat salad boxing Day ??

As Christmas just one day treat it the same as every day.

Why spoil all your good work all Yr round...

History of type 2 in my family. So lost weight. eat better.. no fizzy false sugars.. reduced carbs.

All helps..

It's just 24 hrs.

It's not difficult tho to go over the limit given how much everything seems to be full o sugar!!

This, and it takes a lot more than hours to get back to evening it out. If possible have a brisk walk/do some exercise soon after to help you with keeping the levels down.

It's rubbish isn't it??

Lots of lovely biscuits and chocolate at work and I can't flipping eat any - I hate it when they say "do you want one?" and then gleefully say "oh no - you can't can you" and then proceeed to eat it in front of me

Tell me about it. I made some peanut butter cookies the other day, I've given most of them away
