An ex’s gran gave me a bottle of lynx shower gel for my birthday..
Not a problem with that. But she is a wealthy woman and gave it to me on the day I had just replaced all the lights in her house with LED down lights, installed all new outside lighting round the house and changed her consumer unit and intruder alarm.. to which she didn’t even offer me £10 for my time.
I never wanted a thing offer but I like to be giving the option of turning it down so as to not feel used.
