Can an admin makes themselves known to me please?
I have sent several messages via ALL other means and received no response at all - so as much as I appreciate the attempt at helping,please don't direct me to them again

If you have contacted admin and received no reply within a reasonable time (about 48 hours) then its safe to assume that any original decision has been upheld  .
