There is nothing difficult about starting an argument ,it is almost too easy,some peeps will see this thread as me seeking attention , some peeps will seek attention by trying to goad others, i'm on here to pass time at the moment ,so conflict , laughs ,drama are all welcome , sly comments and digs from peeps who need to lighten up are power for the course , thats forums for you ...So do you consider yourself to be open minded or set in your ways..

Sometimes I am agreeable and others disagreeable.
I can be very open minded about some things and very set in my ways in others.

Oh I have my views on everything that affects me and not afraid to 'discuss' with those that disagree. And eventually maybe 'agree to disagree'.
But I'd like to think that I am an agreable person to be around.
Not sure I answered the OP's question now ... |

Why be afraid of discusion?
I am happy for people to disagree with me, where people ought get off is when they loose the argument and start insulting each other...... |

I guess…….
Some people are happy showing the limits of their mental capacity by dispatching resolute thoughts rather than risk entering dialogue which might identify flaws in their thinking ….!.
But hey…if they are comfortable with that…. So be it!……
however, I prefer to learn as I live and surely it's must be easier learning things when when we are not always trying to speak loudest......

The pretty much sums it up for me also. Although with some folk on here I've learned over time that it's not what they say but how they say it as to whether I take them seriously or not. |
