Whilst acknowledging you are essentially saying each to their own, kink and bdsm, for us, isn’t an excuse for sex, it is an intrinsic part of it, as I am sure it is for many others. Having spent 20 plus years in BDSM world, I did hear of many Doms for whom BDSM seemed to be an excuse not to have sex though. We came to Fab from FL and before that CM and IC because the kink world (clubs) were so not sex positive; often leaving fetish clubs wondering how half naked people retrained and more could be rendered so deeply unerotic. |

I am appalled that this happened and your advice is spot on. Get to know and trust the person you are playing with.
I would say that at the point you used for safe word is stopped being BDSM play and because assault, once consent is withdrawn and it carries on it becomes a criminal matter.
I am fully aware that it is easy to preach about reporting it to the police and a very different thing doing it. I do hope you are okay and that horrific experience hasn’t stopped you enjoying a safe, sane and consensual BDSM session. |
