Now 2019 is ending rapidly, what is been your film of the year.

Mine was "Godzilla - King of the monsters"

Simply because finally we have a version worthy of being a Godzilla flick

This is not a film (so a little off-topic), but the HBO miniseries Chernobyl is easily one of the best dramas of the year.

As good as Joker was, it is greatly over rated. Extremely carried by the performance of Joaquin Phoenix. If it was not for his sole performance that movie would have bombed hard.

I honestly don't think a single movie could ever take movie of the year. There are a fair few that outperform the competition in different areas.

Havent quute decided yet but one cut of the dead, the public and the man who feels no pain are probably all in my top 5.

By the time 2019 ends I expect to have seen around 460 different films in cinemas.

Olivia Wilde’s directorial debut is a riotous blast; a funny, filthy, female Superbad that’s also extremely smart and strangely sensitive

Yep, I thought Crawl was outstanding for its budget

Me too- but as most things are either a remake, rehash or a sequel to something i had no interest in originally- can't say i feel i'm missing out.

Endgame easily for me.

The perfect culmination of a decade of Marvel films, an incredible villain, laughs and thrills and tears in equal measure!

Same, I've watched a lot of films this year but they've all been older ones that I hadn't seen before on Netflix, I don't think I've seen a 2019 film!

Endgame for me.

Although one film I was hugely disappointed in was The Irishman. Not sure if expected to much and I usually love scorsese films, I just thought it was really slow and a weak story.
