The Exector has to put the interests of the Beneficiaries before those of the Executors, if they’re not, go see a Solicitor and get proper legal advice ASAP. It’ll cost you, but it’ll be proper up to date legal advice.

Executors nearly always upset the beneficiaries.

If there are genuine problems consult a professional. Taking legal advice from an internetter can lead to misinformation.

In my limited experience with I've never known a will to be executed without at least one beneficiary feeling the executors are doing things incorrectly. It's a tough time for all concerned.

Legal advice is come back after the executors year is over, which is another 4 month. Mean while just found out he’s skipped country to Thailand with his dog in toe and changed all contact details

Brighton - even Hove!

An executor has a year to sort things. It’s the law. You have 12 years to challenge it.

What about probate?

Banks don't part with money until they get grant of probate.

I think he’s done a runner but he hasn’t stolen anything. Yet.

You can request that an executor is removed

I'm not a professional but have recently been involved in the distribution of money from a will. The solicitor took all the beneficiaries bank account details and distributed the money themselves. Is there a reason that didn't happen here?
