How many times can the same user name appear as a new profile?

This intrigues me - looking through my Local Updates section, I see a certain user name listed as having joined Fab (so presumably a new user) at least once every two days
How is this possible? Delete the account and start again under the same name?
Why would someone do this, and what would they achieve from it? |

Join, after a few days freak out that husband/wife/partner might see the account. Delete the profile. Regain confidence in a few days and rejoin. Repeat.
Or its maybe a dodgy profile that admin are deleting and they just keep rejoining. |

I don't think there is any limit. Just delete and rejoin as many times as they like.
It's infuriating though. There's one guy who keeps messaging me from different profiles. I block him and then he reappears a week later with a different profile. |
