Doesn't seem to matter what time I fall asleep, left to my own devices I wake around 10.30 am.

So an alarm is essential for me.

Clearly my body hasn’t caught up with the fact that I’m no longer in my teenage years. I wake up naturally between 10-12am, always need an alarm
