Because of some meds i recently came out in a slight rash on my face...sooooooooooo i got some freederm face wash and spot zapper....

Result......major outbreak of much worse and i now sit with freederm in bin and paperbag on head

Sudocreme .. works for most things

and it will take the rash down x

i tend to use clearsil everyday facewash im not saying its brilliant but helps me when im feeling spotty x

A couple of drops of tea tree oil in the water when you rinse your face.

Im now using simple stuff and thankfully its calming down. oh and a glass of epsom salts every morning
