"Fish pie "

Home made? Proper mash? I love fish pie but you have to make sure your sauce is thick or it can go watery when cooked. Do you use egg in yours? X

I don’t use eggs in mine either but I have seen a few recipes and they add hard boiled eggs, looks lush. I’m going to try next time x

Just had Roast Beef, Yorkshires, Roast taties and parsnips, carrots, broccoli, sprouts with lots of lovely gravy and a tad of mint sauce.... And we are both stuffed. Wash up and make a cuppa in 20minutes or so.

I’m guessing that’s like a tomato based sauce
