One of the results of the op is that I have dry orgasms. Would this be an issue to you if there was no “end product”?

I am really pleased for you in terms of getting on top of the cancer..
I do understand that 'cum' can play a huge part in sex so I get that you miss that, but it sounds like you are still getting the feelings...so i am guessing the erectile dysfunction is not an issue?
It is always difficult going back to the drawing board to start again but sometimes this can be fun..
Watersports could be an option if that appeals..

Tantric training in my twenties taught me how to have dry orgasms. I still do more often than not, especially by myself. They’re bigger, longer and wider, but generally less intense. They’ve been compared to a vaginal orgasm rather than a clitoral one. What’s not to like? |
