What are your goals for today?

I'm in agony, so staying in bed until painkillers kick in! Do lots of studying and determined to get all of my steps done! Does walking around the couch count as weather is awful and getting worse! |

I often walk around my living room to get some more steps in on my fitbit so it counts! |

We did see a new local profile from a woman who was the spitting image of one of the ladies. Pretty certain it isn't get, so the choir fun will have to be limited to the singing |

I hope the bruising goes down soon and your thighs aren't too painful. If they are a nice hot bath well help or shower and a couple of Ibruprofens and put your feet up for the rest of the day and do as little as possible. |

I have promised the dogs a big long walk on the Moors so just about to get my wellies on and go. Then hopefully an afternoon nap before taking 2 emo teenagers to a screamy dirty gig tonight. I'm only dropping them off. I plan to watch 'Last Christmas' at the cinema with a contraband bottle of wine.

Goals achieved, and I even found time to put up the Christmas tree be I went out.
I missed my bus back and had to walk four miles home rather than waiting an hour for the next one! |
