Night shifts

Any other fellow night shift workers love the fact of working night but I hate the day time as I always struggle to sleep more than a few hours

I do 2 month days 1 month night’s but always same problem

I have bn full time nights for 22yrs. Its getting harder as i get older. Winter is certainly a struggle and i sleep terribly.

I do days to nights each block of shifts, weekend of nights is a killer as in back in Wednesday morning,

And I totally agree with Bluebell older I get harder they become, school runs are a nightmare 2,

Yeah it never fun

I work 4 nights week rather early in week but on end this month so feel loose out on weekend fun and games cos everyone else know work mon to fri
