I'm not 100% sure but I think Chris Eubanks Jnr is on the undercard.

Fantastic. Wish the pundits would stop comparing him to his dad though.

Tyson fury is way too over rated.

He's a clown in the ring and hasn't been up against any class boxers yet.

If ever there was a comparison to make it would be that he's the Tommy Cooper of boxing and a really bad one at that!

Btw Tommy Cooper was a boxer and if he was was to fight tyson fury my money would be on Tommy.

wouldn't say it was going to be "boxing" tonight, it'll be a fight. Put either of them against an actual boxer and they wouldn't stand a chance.

Its about time Dyson Flurry had a boxer his own age and with some decent credibility, he's picking puddings, has beens and never will be's.

Tyson Fury seems to be a good bloke and I genuinely wish him well, however, as already mentioned above, he is static and appears to win purely due to his size and the lack of class of his opponents.

Chris Eubank jnr.....I watched him many times in his amateur fights and his previous two professional outings and thought he was an "ok" fighter. Last night however he finished the fight in devastating fashion, rightly stopped by the ref from doing any serious damage to his very hardy opponent. I suspect we'll be seeing a lot more of young Christopher Livingston Eubank!

Newcastle and Gateshead

the reason fury ended up fighting rogan is that he refused to fight david price..... which says it all....

and you notice the klitschko's have started calling him out... they know it would be an easy defence paying loads in germany

Yes, young Eubank is a very good prospect. He moves well, has got excellent skills, good speed, and he looks good, so will do well with the media. His old man wasn't a bad scrapper either, and he knew how to play the crowd.

Tyson Fury is an "ok" fighter, but I don't think he'll do any better than British and maybe European Champ. I'll be very surprised if he does anything of note on the world stage.

He's a big as the Klitshco's in physical stature but sadly he hasn't got their skills.

A lot depends on the people around him, advising and coaching him. If the team is good enough, and if he wants it enough, never say never.

Good luck to the big guy

Fabio, thats exactly it. And Jackie and kate, you're totally correct, Tyson doesn't have the skills of the Klitshco's and I would suggest he doesnt have the physical discipline required to get their level. Hopefully a better trainer coming along can lift him to the next level.

Eubank senior...one of the best of his generation in my humble view.

Both boxers put up a good show in the Eubank Jnr and his oponents bout.

It was a pleasure to watch compared to the Dyson Flurry circus.

Eubank Jnr is one to watch and will definitely be entertaining watching his experience grow and flourish, his technique is good but could with a little more power behind some of his shots.

If his old man can stay in his seat and let the his corner advise him, his boxing performance in the ring will be a great one.

"am i the only one that noticed that tysons foul protector was around his rib cage?"

Mrs Artful and myself noticed it, in fact we thought he was wearing a 70's wrestlers leotard!

I've said from the first time I saw Dyson fight his ribs/stomach were his weakness.

He's not blessed with an athletic physique and has practicaly no muscle definition. He's got a decent jab, but he's too slow to execute it.

His groin protector "rides up" due to his body shape as much as anything.

I noticed that also. So he was well protecting his weak spots. Funny he got the other guy with a body punch tho

His shorts were a lot lower than the protector, I thought ref would have said something.

Maybe in his next fight they will cut the pocket linings out of his shorts so he can slide his arms through em
