Read a profile?

Fed up of getting messages asking how we were, we put a request right at the top not to do this.

It hasn't made the blindest of difference!!

Most of the time, it saves a lot of time messaging. If you haven't written anything at all then you don't get a message. If a person hasn't spent time on a profile then are they going to spend time on you?

i always read every profile i message but i rarely send first messages so i have been guilty of being a few messages in before I've looked

I always read profiles. I know that there are lots of people on here who don't. It's quite frustrating but hey ho theres always the block button

To be honest, some profiles are far too long. In cases like that though? I tend to just not message and move on to the next.
