Do you say on your profile what you're looking for?
Such as the type of person you want to meet, or type of relationship/ meet you want.
Do you find it attracts the people you are looking for, or does it encourage people to lie so you'll meet them? |

Ours gives a broad understanding of what I'm interested in, however until they have messaged I would say I really don't have a type and it's more important that I am engaged with the person rather than physical attractiveness |

Do you think it puts off the ones who aren't looking for the same?
Probably difficult to determine who it puts off. I assume (for example) if 100 people 'looked at' my profile but I only got 2 messages, 98 people were put off. |

I can't describe what I'm looking for (as in physical attraction) as it doesn't work that way for me. |

I think my profile is fairly clear on what i'm looking for and my reasons for being here. Even though I'm rarely contacted first (which happens 5% of the time.The joys of being a man on fab ) it seems to work in my favour when I fancy and contact someone. |

I think mine is pretty clear what I do & don't want.
8/10 obviously haven't read it
1/10 tell me what they think I want to hear, but it's quickly apprarant what game is.
1/10 are actually sincere, and more than make up for the other 9  |

We think we're pretty clear on the profile and it's even sorted by couple/f/m so it should be easy.
Unfortunately very few people read profiles and those that do read them either ignore it or lie.
It's a very small amount of people that message after reading the profile and they fit the profile.

I do, but it doesn't matter what I write because the small percentage of people that read it either ignore it or think that they will be an exception to it

Yeah I was always very specific. It’s quite easy to work out who’s pretending to be what you’re looking for. Still got loads of messages though from people who obviously don’t bother reading it or just totally ignore it. |
