Larger women throughout history have been thought of as beautiful. If you look at paintings you will see larger ladies come in and out of fashions.

As for larger men, just because we do not have a word or a three letter distinction for them does not mean that some women do not prefer a little bit of meat behind their cock. It can give a boost to the power of the thrust that no skinny guy can ever hope to achieve. Look at all these women who look for bikers, vikings, rugby players, bears, these are your male versions.

Being an extremely obese woman the term BBW when it first came into use had its place.

It allowed women of size to claim their attraction and beauty.

The definition of a BBW is often controversial. Sadly it has now come to mean any woman with a bit of meat on her bones. But hey if that term empowers her go for it.

BBW and BHM can be useful short hand labels to identify a type. Such as blonde, Milf, tall, Short hung ....

Personally I'm a happy fat lass, whether others consider me beautiful or not matters little.

I think in this day and age it's hard to try and define anything at all, let alone a group of people, without offending someone along the line... BBW or BBC I'm guessing are terms for swinging sites to help identify people's preference.. as there's 1000s of people on here you have to narrow it down.

I doubt very much it is the lady of the couple posting. I may be wrong, I’m sure the poster will say I am.... but it does state on their couples profile that the gentleman only likes slim women..... that’s fair enough. I have some knowledge of the fat admiration and feederism scene.

BBW is a helpful term as it quickly identifies people. If you’re in to fat women, or men, you can search for BBW or BHM (big handsome man) and find someone who suits your preferences. This is why BBW is in plenty of usernames.

I see myself as fat. Fat is a neutral word for me. I don’t mind BBW. I like to meet men who like my body, so I would rather there was a quick way for them to look me up.

BBW is unhelpful because most people don’t like to be reduced to a “porn search term”.

There are lots and lots of men who specifically like fat women. And lots of women who like to be fat. There’s websites for this community. Don’t be so narrow minded to think that only your own preferences exist.

There seem to be less women who are specifically attracted to fat men - and it may just be less representation - but they definitely do exist. If you’d like to meet a woman who likes fat men, I suggest going on a website specifically for people with a fat fetish.

Side note - There are plenty of gay men who prefer fat men.

For some it is a fetish and that can make people uncomfortable as posters have mentioned above. Female black friends of mine experience similar over their ethnicity. Nobody likes to be treated like an object, something to tick off a bucket list or desired purely for 1 aspect of them.

Personally I've experienced being uncomfortable with meeting men who only meet slim women. Those who are derogatory about bigger women in their profiles put me off. Also I was once messaged by a man on a dating site who's profile stated he would only meet women size 12 and under. As a size 12 I fit into his criteria but I didn't feel comfortable knowing if I put on 6 pounds or something that i no longer would.

See I think there is more at play there than simply attraction. To many men having a young, stereotypically attractive woman on their arm is as much about it being a status symbol as it is about attraction and not always the only type of woman they are attracted to, just the only type of woman it is considered "socially acceptable" for them to sleep with. Just look at Wayne Rooney secretly sleeping with older women or the amount of stick Hugh Jackman can get for having an older wife.

There is a guy I know among my friendship circle who does very well with women and publically only sleeps and dates women who have tall, slim, model figures but many of my fuller figured friends have received messages from him where he has expressed interest in them but wants to only see them in secret. They have all rejected him as they are worth far more than that. He's clearly far too shallow and cares too much about his public image to openly express an interest in more than one body type which is sad. There's absolutely nothing wrong with larger women, but I don't buy that. Not at all.

Look at male footballers, millionaires and celebrities who can take their pick of women. How many of them have BBW wives/girlfriends? Very few or none.

If some men genuinely did prefer BBW, then a fair proportion of the above men would do too. But they don't. So it seems men who can take their pick, choose younger, slimmer, prettier women.

Nothing wrong with larger women BTW and I'm not attacking anyone personally. The same happens in reverse with women not picking short men, poorer men, men with kids
